What’s My Home Worth?

I am happy to do a free CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for your home if you are considering selling. This is a mini version of what an appraiser does and gives us a basic idea of value. It is based on homes that are similar to yours in age and size, location, land, and are either Active, Pending or Sold in the past year. The more information you give me, the better the CMA. If you have upgrades or need repairs, please include that in comments. Due to the rural nature of our homes, these do take time, so please serious inquiries only.
